Certificate of CompletionIf you wish to obtain a Certificate of Completion, there will be a $5 charge per certificate (payable by credit, debit or prepaid card) at the conclusion of your free counseling, to cover our costs. Our $5 charge is one of the lowest prices now being charged by any licensed organization for the "certificate of counseling" you must have before filing for bankruptcy.

This fee may be waived based on your income level.

Pre-Filing Bankruptcy Counseling

Bankruptcy HelpUnder federal law, you are required to obtain credit counseling from a qualified non-profit agency before filing for bankruptcy. This website will allow you to complete the counseling requirement online, and to receive your certificate(s) of counseling for just $5 each (payable by credit, debit or prepaid card).
