Certificate of CompletionIf you wish to obtain a Certificate of Completion, there will be a $5 charge per certificate (payable by credit, debit or prepaid card) at the conclusion of your free counseling. Our service offers the lowest price by any licensed agency.

This fee may be waived based on your income level.

About Pre-Filing Bankruptcy Counseling

Bankruptcy HelpUnder federal law, you are required to obtain credit counseling from a qualified non-profit agency before filing for bankruptcy. This website will allow you to complete the counseling requirement online, and to receive your certificate(s) of counseling for just $5 each (payable by credit, debit or prepaid card).

This program has received authorization from the Executive Office for the United States Trustee ("EOUST") to service all federal districts except for the District of Alabama and the District of North Carolina which do not participate in the EOUST program. Upon completion of counseling we are authorized to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code in all other federal districts. EOUST approval does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any Agency's services.
