Bankruptcy Services

After more than five years of service to consumers preparing to file for bankruptcy, we must say farewell and cease operations.

As of May 5, 2014, we are no longer authorized to provide counseling services or issue certificates of completion.

We are not able to provide any recommendation as to another approved credit counseling agency. You can ask your attorney, do an online search, or go to the official listings at: www.justice.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa/ccde/cc_approved.htm

The Executive Office for the United States Trustee ("EOUST") regulates and approves agencies authorized to provide such counselling. EOUST approval does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any Agency's services.
